ADVANCED CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION

This course is designed to provide students with an advanced understanding of the investigatory process. This is a an experiential course on the fundamental and advanced features of investigation, duties and responsibilities of the detective, interviewing, interrogation, and information-gathering skills, crime scene analysis, surveillance and undercover work, raid and sting operations, as applied to crimes such as homicide, burglary, and sex offenses
